(Formerly Known As Rolling Admissions)
Some students needs more than two years to complete their smicha program. Furthermore, many students like the opportunity to begin learning on their own without the responsibility of keeping up with a cohort.
Students who choose early enrollment use their time to take electives, improve their Hebrew skills, get to know PRS educators and administrators, and get a feel for what it means to be a student. This is also a great way for students to do a large amount of coursework in advance of joining a cohort, allowing those students to focus more on cohort work than their peers.
